Integrated Massage

Integrated massage combines the best elements of Swedish, deep tissue, remedial and sports massage, amongst others. By integrating these different modalities, I can target specific physical issues whilst also promoting relaxation and the health benefits that come along with this. I always aim to find a balance between the intensity of deep tissue work and the calming effects of holistic massage, providing a treatment that is both effective and relaxing. 

With a background in Thai massage, I also bring in elements of this Eastern style, using stretches to work deeper into the muscles and mobilise joints where needed. 

Sessions can be targeted to a specific area or issue, or simply to de-stress and relax.

Hot Stones Massage

I use hot stones in combination with my hands to provide the benefits of both. It’s a wonderfully relaxing treatment and for those who prefer or need deeper massage, the heat can provide a great way to work into tight or painful areas.
